What: We will be performing maintenance to apply security updates to our charger connectivity service.
Expected Downtime:
The charger service will briefly restart and may be unavailable for up to 5 minutes Chargers may take additional time to reconnect within the maintenance window
Impact:
All currently connected chargers will be temporarily disconnected Chargers are expected to reconnect automatically within the service window Starting new charging sessions may be briefly affected during the restart
Action Required: No action is required from partners or customers. Chargers and services will reconnect automatically.
Our technical teams will monitor the maintenance closely to ensure everything returns to normal.
